Going for longer than 28 Days?
This sim cannot be recharged. If you are travelling for longer than 28 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 45 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 28day period.
When you add the QR code noted in the email that is sent to you from SimCorner, you will receive a text to your phone noting the UK phone number.
The eSIM is a UK based sim, hence it will have a UK phone number.
If anyone outside of the UK is to call you on this number they will need to dial the UK country code which is +44 followed by your assigned UK number without the leading zero (i.e. +44 7xxxxxxxxx). You are not charged for incoming calls.

Should you run into any issues with the eSIM whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;
- Your order number or the name that the order is under
- Which country you are in currently and whether the eSIM connects to any network, if so, which network?
- Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM. If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
- Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
- What phone model you are using?
- Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

*Very Important: If you use this service outside of the covered countries noted below or make international calls (Calls not local to the covered country you are in) your service will be permanently suspended by the carrier and unfortunately we cannot provide a refund if this occurs. Please only use it as per the description below otherwise the carrier will suspend the sim.
The 500 minutes can ONLY be used to make local calls to standard landlines and mobiles WITHIN the country listed. For example, if you are in Jamaica you can only call standard Jamaica phone numbers. You cannot call a Barbados number. If you are in Barbados you can call standard Barbados phone numbers, but not Jamaican number, etc.
If you wish to call any other international countries outside the covered countries, you will need to use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc . You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International phone calls directly to landlines and mobile at the apps rates.
Premium and Special Numbers
Calls to premium and special numbers aren't covered by your allowance. These include calls to premium rate and some personal numbers.
If someone wishes to call you on your UK number they would need to drop the leading 0 and add the UK calling code of +44 regardless of which country you are in.

Please Note: If someone from outside of the UK wishes to call or SMS you directly they would be charged at international rates to a UK number. Some of your family and friends may have international calling as part of their phone plans to UK numbers, but others may not be able to make direct international calls or sms.
We recommend that you stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
Yes you are able to call and text your partner if you both purchase a eSIM?
If your friends and family have have purchase the same eSIM option then you will be able to call them directly. However, if your friends and family are using their home phone service, then you will need to connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this sim. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal. The only change with using this sim is that you will have a new phone number.
